I for one would be willing to adopt if it meant more money in my pocket for the beer man. I'm a little disgusted at both Harper, Layton, and Harris for thinking so highly of me - I'm a drunk and I don't need politicians telling me that I'm responsbile enough to spend money on my children. Stop oppressing me.
...but if I vote Conservative I'll probably drink far more often and then all savings are lost :)
